Mapu Maia has well established connection with Pacific communities, Pacific leaders, agencies and social services including government and non-government agencies. Additionally, we partner with grassroots organisations to collaborate on community projects, promote Pacific health messages and raise awareness of help services available through radio programmes, community events and social media campaigns.

We regularly run workshops and deliver presentations to church groups, sports teams, agencies and services on well-being, gambling harm, recognising symptoms, co-existing issues and help services. We provide evidence-based fact sheets, information and support to communities so that they are able to have an informed voice when addressing social issues and gambling harm within their own communities.
