Mapu Maia is a nationally recognised Pacific organisation dedicated to strengthening the wellbeing of Pacific peoples and communities across Aotearoa. Guided by Pacific values, we deliver culturally grounded mental health, addictions, wellbeing, and resilience services.

As we enter an exciting phase of growth, including integrated primary health and a stronger national footprint, we are seeking values-led leaders to join our governance teams.

 

Across our Boards, we are seeking a mix of skills and experience in areas such as:

• Clinical governance and healthcare leadership

• Commercial strategy and investment

• Risk, audit, and assurance

• Digital transformation and data governance

• People, culture, and workforce development

• Purpose, Pacific cultural stewardship, and community accountability

• Public sector and strategic partnerships
